(A) A dumpster of up to 20 cubic yard capacity may be permitted to be placed on private property for a period not to exceed eight weeks for the purpose of providing temporary storage of construction refuse during residential remodeling activity. A dumpster of up to 20 cubic yard capacity may be permitted to be placed on private property for the purpose of providing temporary storage of construction refuse during new residential construction, and for the duration of that construction, but not to exceed 16 weeks.
(B) Temporary construction dumpsters may be utilized not more than two times per calendar year per residential property.
