§ 30.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CITY. The City of Huntingburg.

   COUNCIL. The Common Council of the city.

   PRECINCT. The precinct by that name as established by the Board of Commissioners of the county and as approved by the State Election Board, under I.C. 3-11-1.5, in existence on the effective date of this subchapter.
