§ 32.190 CREATION; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   Creation. There is hereby created and established a Tree Board for the city.
   (B)   Composition. The Tree Board shall be composed of five members who reside or work within the city.
      (1)   Two members shall be appointed by the City Council, three members shall be appointed by the Mayor.
      (2)   The Tree Board shall contain a mixture of concerned citizens and professionals related to forestry and/or arboriculture.
