§ 40.08 ALLOCATION AREAS NOT ELIGIBLE.
   Any area within the jurisdiction of the city which has been designated as an “Allocation Area” as defined by I.C. 36-7-14-39, within an Economic Development Area or a Redevelopment Project Area, for purposes of capturing incremental tax income to finance economic development or redevelopment projects, shall not be eligible for property tax abatement.
