Upon filing its application and any other forms required by the city for real property tax abatement, the applicant shall pay a non-refundable filing fee in the sum of $250, made payable to the City of Huntingburg. Upon filing its application and any other forms required by the city for personal property tax abatement, the applicant shall pay a non-refundable filing fee in the sum of $250, made payable to the City of Huntingburg. If applicant files for both real property and personal property abatement, applicant shall pay total non-refundable fees of $500.
