§ 36.16 DEPOSITS.

The Veterans Memorial Fund shall consist of all private contributions and donations made to the city for the express purpose of acquiring, developing, constructing, improving, maintaining or operating a memorial within the city dedicated to living and deceased veterans who have served in the Armed Services of the United States.
