§ 76.03 ENGINE COMPRESSION BRAKING PROHIBITED.

No person operating an internal combustion engine powered vehicle shall energize or otherwise utilize and engine compression brake on a public way in the corporate limits of the city, except in the event of an emergency as described in § 76.04.
