(A) The Police Department, by and through its Chief of Police, is hereby authorized to assess and collect the following charges for the furnishing of photography prints from photographs maintained in its files upon the request therefor by any person:
(1) Four by six inch print: $5 each.
(2) Photographs on CD or other digital media: $8 per CD or digital media.
(3) Photos transmitted electronically: $8 per transmission.
(B) The photograph fees assessed and collected shall be deposited into a special fund known as the Police Equipment and Supply Fund.
