All golf carts operated on the streets or alleys of the city shall display a triangular slow moving vehicle emblem in accordance with I.C. 9-21-9-2 and an amber flashing lamp in accordance with I.C. 9-21-9-4, mounted at a height which is visible from at least 500 feet.
