§ 52.41 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The implementation of this policy is authorized by the city Utility Board and overseen by the city Water Superintendent.
   (B)   This policy does not supersede the state Plumbing Code or the IDEM Rule 327 I.A.C. 8-10, but is supplementary to them.
