§ 37.17 DISCHARGE.

(A) Any members so appointed may be discharged at any time with or without cause and without a hearing, by the Mayor, upon recommendation of the Chief of Police and/or the Common Council of the city.

(B) Regular full time members of the Police Department shall not be eligible for membership in the Police Reserve Unit.
