§ 51.54 DUTY OF CLERK-TREASURER TO RENDER BILLS AND COLLECT CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE.
   It is hereby made the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer or such other person designated for the purpose to render bills for water service and all other charges in connection therewith and to collect all moneys due therefrom.
