§ 51.52 APPLICATIONS FOR WATER SERVICE; CONNECTION CHARGE.
   Applications for water service shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer upon a form to be supplied by the town. New or moving customers applying for utility service shall do so in person at the Clerk- Treasurer’s office before new service is commenced.
