§ 51.15 CONTROL OF USE OF WATER FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES.

It shall be the policy of the town in connection with its waterworks system to control its industrial expansion and its use of water for industrial purposes so that the water system will not be in jeopardy of having insufficient water for its residential users.
