§ 51.09 INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE LINE BY CUSTOMER.
   The customer’s service line shall be installed and maintained by the customer at his own expense in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the municipal rules and regulations and with the regulations of the State Board of Health.
