Under the provisions of 40 CRF 403.8 (f) (2) (viii), the town shall annually publish in the local newspaper, a list of industrial and/or commercial users who have significantly violated §§ 50.01 through 50.43 or any state or federal pretreatment standard. A significant violation shall mean a violation which remains uncorrected 45 days after notification of noncompliance; which is part of a pattern of noncompliance over a 12-month period; which involves a failure to accurately report noncompliance; or which resulted in the Water Pollution Control Plant exercising its emergency authority under 40 CRF 403.8 (f) (1) (iv) (B).
