§ 50.74 COLLECTION THROUGH COURT ACTIONS.

In addition to the foregoing remedies, the utility may recover the amount of the charges for sewerage services, penalty and a reasonable attorney's fee in a civil action, and may foreclose a lien established by this chapter in accordance with IC 36-9-23-34.
