(A) Creation of special fund. There is created Fund Number 2556, which is a special, non- reverting fund designated as the Opioid Settlement Unrestricted Fund.
(B) Purpose of fund. Any monies deposited into this fund may only be utilized for the purposed listed in Exhibit E to Ord. 2022-017, List of Opioid Remediation Uses. (A copy of this ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Town Clerk.)
(C) Use of funds. Funds must be appropriated, disbursed pursuant to a plan the Town Council will approve at a future date. This plan shall require a public hearing to discuss the use of funds prior to the appropriation of such funds. Funds are to be disbursed pursuant to the normal claims process in IC 5-11-10-1.6.
