(A) Creation of special fund. There is hereby established a special fund to be known as Fund # 273 - Hathaway Road Sidewalk and Roadway Improvement Fund.
(B) Purpose of the fund. The purpose of this fund is to be used for sidewalk and roadway improvements on Hathaway Road in the Town of Huntertown.
(C) Expiration of fund. In the event the Hathaway Road Sidewalk and Roadway Improvement Fund is not used by December 31, 2030, all monies deposited into this fund will be transferred to the Huntertown CEDIT Fund and used for general sidewalk and/or roadway purposes.
