§ 152.30 TITLE AND ADOPTION.
   A Transportation Plan, prepared by the Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council and adopted by the Town Council, shall be considered the Transportation Plan for the town. It may be cited and referred to as the “Transportation Plan.”
