§ 130.02 SMOKING ON TOWN PROPERTY.

   (A)   Smoking is prohibited in the Town Hall and on the property upon which it is situated, 15617 Lima Road, Huntertown, Indiana; and

   (B)   Smoking is prohibited within eight feet of a public entrance to the following places of employment:

      (1)   Huntertown Water Treatment Plant, 1707 West Gump Road, Huntertown, Indiana;

      (2)   Huntertown maintenance building, 1640 West Cedar Canyon Road, Huntertown, Indiana; and

      (3)   Byron Water Treatment Plant, 2240 Carroll Road, Huntertown, Indiana.
