§ 51.23 PRIVATE WELLS FOR USE AS POTABLE WATER SOURCE IN AREAS SERVED BY WATER UTILITY PROHIBITED.

No residence or building connected to the Huntertown water system, or situated where the Huntertown water system is available for connection to a residence or building shall be served by a private well for domestic (potable) water usage.
