§ 32.06 RIVERBOAT FUND.

(A) A Riverboat Fund is hereby established into which state gaming funds received under IC 4-33-13-5(d)(2) shall be deposited beginning January 1, 2012; and

(B) The Riverboat Fund hereby established shall be non-reverting, and may be used for any legal or corporate purpose of the town.
