§ 91.32 ENFORCEMENT.

The authority for enforcing this subchapter shall be with the Town Council, the Clerk- Treasurer, the Allen County Police Department, the Allen County Department of Planning Services, and the Allen County Department of Public Health, and may be enforced in the manner provided by IC 36-1-6-2.
