§ 52.02 COUNTY AS TOWN REPRESENTATIVE.
   The surveyor of Allen County is hereby designated as Huntertown’s representative to collect all fees and to carry out all inspection, monitoring, and enforcement procedures necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter.
