§ 50.11 DUMPING OF WASTES PROHIBITED.
   The Town Council shall prohibit dumping of wastes into the town's sewerage system which, in its discretion, are deemed harmful to the operation of the sewerage treatment works of said town, or to require methods effecting pretreatment of said wastes to reduce the characteristics of the waste satisfactory to the Council.
