The Town Council adopts by reference and incorporates herein as part of this Code of Ordinances, as if fully set out at length herein, Allen County Code Title 19, Articles 1, 2 and 3, copies of which are attached to Ordinance No. 08-003 as Exhibits A, B and C, together with any amendments thereto, which collectively shall be the Stormwater Management Ordinance for the citizens of the Town of Huntertown. Copies of Ordinance 08-003, and the exhibits thereto, are available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
