§ 32.24 IMPROVEMENTS OTHER THAN BUILDINGS.
   The town will capitalize new improvements other than buildings or renovations to existing improvements other than buildings if the results meet the following conditions:
   (A)   The total cost exceeds $5,000; and
   (B)   The asset’s useful life is extended two or more years.
