§ 50.08 DAMAGE TO CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person, firm or corporation to maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, remove, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the town sewage system.
