If a person (i) denies an ordinance or code violation, (ii) fails to satisfy a civil penalty assessed by the Violations Clerk after having entered an admission of violation, or (iii) fails to deny or admit the violation of this subchapter, the Clerk-Treasurer shall report this fact to the Town Attorney to prosecute the ordinance violation cases for the town, and the Town Attorney shall initiate proceedings in court against the person for the alleged ordinance violation, all in accordance with I.C. 33-36-3-5.
