§ 31.30 SCREENING OF FUTURE APPLICANTS.
   All future applicants for either Town Marshal or Town Marshal deputies shall be screened through the office of the County Police Force and the results of said screening shall be thoroughly considered by the Town Council prior to the retention of any future police officers.
