§ 31.15 INVESTMENT AND REINVESTMENT OF TOWN MONEYS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to prudently invest and reinvest all town moneys entrusted to his or her care as a part of his or her duties as the Clerk-Treasurer for the town.
