§ 31.02 PRIMARY ELECTION FOR TOWN OFFICIAL NOMINATIONS.
   (A)   All candidates for a town office shall be nominated by a primary election.
   (B)   The County Election Board shall conduct the primary election for the Town.
   (C)   All statutes governing primary elections for towns shall apply.
