(A) The County Plan Commission is hereby designated as the Plan Commission of the town, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 25 of Chapter 174 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1947 as amended or supplemental thereto.
(B) The County Plan Commission so designated as the Plan Commission for the town by this section shall have all of the powers and duties granted to a Plan Commission of a town including the Town of Huntertown, pursuant to and as provided by Chapter 174 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1947.
