§ 152.01 TITLE AND ADOPTION.
   (A)   The Comprehensive Plan for the town shall be formally known as “The Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Huntertown” or the “Comprehensive Plan.” The Comprehensive Plan, containing goals, objectives, strategies, guiding principles, maps, figures, and charges for community facilities, community identity and appearance, economic development, environmental stewardship, housing and neighborhoods, land use, transportation, and utilities, was adopted by the Town Council on September 19, 2005.
   (B)   The Comprehensive Plan for Allen County shall be formally known as “The Comprehensive Plan for the City of Fort Wayne and Allen County” (Plan-It Allen); it may also be cited and referred to as the “Comprehensive Plan.” The Comprehensive Plan, containing goals, objectives, strategies, guiding principles, maps, figures, and charges for community facilities, community identity and appearance, economic development, environmental stewardship, housing and neighborhoods, land use, transportation, and utilities, was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen on March 30, 2007.
