The Town Council does hereby approve and adopt the Huntertown "Standards and Specifications" for construction, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference, which may be amended and supplemented from time to time, for use by developers and contractors, and for the town's engineer to evaluate plans for construction within the town and the service areas of its utilities.
