The consent of the town is hereby given and granted unto the proper legal authorities of the state to issue liquor retailer's permits for the sale of alcoholic, spirituous beverages to applicants otherwise duly qualified to premises within said town, all agreeable to the provisions of IC 7.1-3-9, as added by Acts 1973, P.L. 55, § 1, p. 290.
