§ 92.03 PERMIT FEES.

The Town Council shall charge a permit fee for the issuance of the permit and inspections and testings as required by this chapter. Said charges shall be those as stated in the Ordinance 79-3-1 adopted by the County Board of Commissioners as referenced in § 92.01, or as modified from time to time in said ordinance, or as declared and posted by the Town Council of the town.
