§ 92.02 CONSTRUCTION PLANS TO BE SUBMITTED TO TOWN COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL; INSPECTIONS .
   All plans and specifications for the construction of roads, streets, sidewalks, curbs, drainage structures and other miscellaneous items as governed by Ordinance 79-3-1, shall be submitted to the Town Hall to the attention of the Town Council, prior to commencing construction on said matters. The Town Council shall then cause said specifications to be reviewed and approved prior to commencing construction. The Town Council shall also cause inspections to be made upon said project as it deems appropriate to insure compliance with this chapter.
