(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100.
(B) (1) A violation of the provisions of § 71.06 shall be considered a Class C Infraction and shall result in fines and penalties as follows:
(a) First offense: $50;
(b) Second offense: $75;
(c) Each additional offense: $100.
(d) Additionally, if three or more violations of § 71.06 occur within one calendar year, the registration of the golf cart, whether annually or daily, shall be suspended and the owner or operator of the golf cart shall not be eligible for another registration for one calendar year from the date of suspension.
(2) Any fees or fines collected under § 71.06 shall be deposited in the General Fund.
