§ 53.02 RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION.
   The town shall contract with a third party (hereinafter the “contractor”) for the collection of residential solid waste and recycling materials. The contractor shall have the exclusive right to collect residential solid waste and recycling in the town.
