§ 151.085 MUNICIPAL CONTROL.
   No public improvements over which the City Council has control shall be made with city funds, nor shall any city funds be expended for street maintenance, street improvements, or other services in any area that has been subdivided after the date of the adoption of these regulations unless the subdivision and streets have been approved in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and the street accepted by the City Council is a public street. The subdivider shall construct and install the improvements described in this chapter in accordance with the approved construction plan and specifications of the City Council and to its satisfaction.
