§ 151.083 SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The type of construction, the materials, and the methods and standards of subdivision improvements shall be equal to the current specifications of the municipality for like work.
   (B)   Plans and specifications shall be submitted to the City Council for approval prior to construction and construction shall not be started until the plans and specifications have been approved.
