§ 151.077 SANITARY SEWERS.
   (A)   The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with a complete sewer system which shall connect with a sanitary sewer outlet approved by the City Council.
   (B)   The sewers shall extend to the subdivision boundaries as necessary to provide for the extension of the sewers by adjacent property.
