§ 151.002 JURISDICTION.
   The provisions of these regulations shall apply to all land located within the legal boundaries of the municipality, as the same may be amended by subsequent annexation, and shall also include all land lying within one mile of the corporate limits of the municipality and not located in any other municipality.
