§ 150.36 EMERGENCY.
   Where any unsafe building or structure poses an imminent danger to the health, safety, or general welfare of any person or persons, and the owner fails to remedy the situation in a reasonable time after notice by the city to do so, the city may summarily repair or demolish and remove such building or structure.
