§ 110.20 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Any person desiring to conduct or maintain a slaughterhouse shall make application in writing to the City Council stating therein, with precision, the location, the size, the volume of stock to be handled, and any other information which the City Council shall require concerning the proposed slaughterhouse to assist it in determining whether or not to grant the permit. If the City Council grants a permit to the applicant, it shall specify the exact location of the proposed slaughterhouse and the size thereof. Upon receipt of the permit, the applicant may maintain and conduct a slaughterhouse of the exact description found on the permit. If, at any time, the City Council shall determine that the slaughterhouse has become a nuisance, it shall notify the person or persons named on the permit to alter, repair, or cease to operate the slaughterhouse.
