§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The penalty for violation for keeping, sheltering, or maintaining the animals listed in § 98.03(A) without a permit or violation of the use permitted shall be a fine of $100.
