§ 98.33 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.
   The City Council may designate an animal control official to enforce and administer provisions of this chapter in the same manner as the County Sheriff. This provision shall, however, in no way impair the authority and ability of the County Sheriff to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
