The Mayor, law enforcement, and/or the Health Board shall enforce this municipal code against all nuisances. The jurisdiction to enforce said nuisances shall extend to, and the territorial application of this chapter shall include, all territory adjacent to the limits of the municipality within the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction thereof, and all territory within the corporate limits.
